At BlackWingz Limo, we expect the chauffeur who drives you to treat you with respect. We're a luxury chauffeur service, and while our office is in San Bruno, California, the person you'll meet is the one behind the wheel.

You can book us for airport transfers, point-to-point rides and hourly service, and for corporate travel, events and days in Napa and wine country, each described under Services.
A new reservation needs 2 hours' notice and is confirmed once it's booked and your payment method is authorized; you can start one on Book a chauffeur.
What we ask of your chauffeur
The suit
A professional suit is what we expect your chauffeur to wear, since presentation is the first part of the service you see.
The door
Opening the door for you is something we expect of your chauffeur: a small thing, and we still ask for it.
Your bags
Your luggage goes in at the start of the trip and comes out at the end, and our standard asks for your chauffeur's help with both.
The route
Our standard asks that your chauffeur review and prepare the route before the trip, with safety in mind, and consider avoiding traffic when that's feasible.
The drive
We expect calm driving from the first mile to the last.
The car itself
We expect the car to be clean when you first see it, and sanitized before your ride.
Questions about your chauffeur
Will my chauffeur make conversation?
Not unless you start or invite it: we expect the first word to be yours. If you do talk, our standard asks for the conversation to stay brief, calm and professional.
Will my chauffeur keep my trip private?
Yes, that is what our standard asks of your chauffeur: discretion around you, and keeping to themselves what they learn about you, where you're going or what you talk about.
How early will my chauffeur arrive?
We expect your chauffeur at the pickup 15 minutes before your booked time. Once they're there and ready, our standard asks them to let you know.
