From booking to the back seat
When you book. Your booking asks for your flight number along with the other trip details. For a pickup from an arriving flight, enter your flight's landing time as your pickup time. If you're flying in for a stay and out again afterward, your ride from the airport and your ride back to it can go on 1 booking.
Before the pickup. If you book ahead, our practice is that you'll know who's driving you, by name and phone number, a few hours before your pickup.
On the ground. If the meeting place has to change after you land, you and your chauffeur settle it between you. If you can't spot your chauffeur, contact them directly.
At the car. We expect your chauffeur to help load and unload your luggage, one of the expectations listed on About BlackWingz.

When you land, and when flights change
Where will my chauffeur meet me at the airport?
It's your choice: the arrivals curb, or baggage claim with a meet and greet, which is by request and costs extra. At the curb, your chauffeur meets you on the arrivals level near your door, and a text or call from your chauffeur when you land gives you the exact spot.
With a meet and greet, your chauffeur waits for you at baggage claim, holding up your name on a sign. After an international flight, the meet and greet takes place where you come out of customs instead, and at SFO that can make the pickup take longer. Apart from where your chauffeur waits, an international arrival is handled the same as a domestic one.
How long will my chauffeur wait at the airport?
There's no charge for your first 45 minutes of waiting, counted from the pickup time on your reservation.
If we've moved your pickup time because the flight landed early or late, which is our usual practice but not a guarantee, the 45 minutes start from the new time instead, unless the delay came from you rather than the flight. After the free allowance, further waiting is calculated at the hourly rate for the vehicle or service.
What if my flight is early, late, canceled or diverted?
We watch the status of your inbound flight, and when it lands ahead of or behind schedule, we normally adjust your pickup time, as long as a chauffeur is available; that part isn't guaranteed. A canceled flight cancels the pickup booked for it, and the cancellation terms on Book a chauffeur apply.
A diversion means the pickup has to be rearranged: where it's reasonable, we may move it to a nearby or alternate airport, and the price may change if that adds mileage or service time. If a diverted pickup can't reasonably be served, it counts as a late cancellation or a no-show.
Your ride to the airport
The pickup time for a ride to your flight is yours to choose. Your chauffeur drops you at departures, on the curb in front of your airline. If you're flying out and coming back, the ride there and the ride home from the airport can go on 1 booking, or on 2 separate ones.
Flying private
If you fly private, we drive you to and from the flight too, with pickups and drop-offs at the private-jet terminals of 6 airports: SFO, OAK and SJC, and the Napa, Santa Rosa and Hayward airports. Those 6 are the only private-jet terminals we serve. Where the terminal permits, your chauffeur can meet you in its lobby or, if available, at the jet itself, if you ask for it when you book.
If a meeting at the jet isn't possible, your chauffeur meets you in the lobby instead, where the terminal permits. For a private-jet pickup, we need the passenger's name and phone number, the aircraft's tail number, the name of the terminal and the arrival time. We coordinate the arrival with the terminal, and a pickup at the jet, if available. Our practice is also to adjust the pickup time if the plane lands early or late.

Bags matter on an airport run. Your allowance is the luggage capacity of the class you book, and each class's capacity is on Vehicle classes.
