How it works
Book the hours you need, online or by phone, with your first pickup address.
A text before pickup gives you your chauffeur's name, number and car.
Your chauffeur arrives early and stays with you from stop to stop, waiting nearby while you are inside.
Your hours end at the final drop-off.
How your hours are counted
Your time runs from the booked pickup time to the final drop-off. Every stop, every wait outside a meeting and every drive in between sits inside those hours.
When your hours end, a receipt arrives by email, so a day of meetings is simple to expense. If the day runs past the hours you booked, the extra time is charged as our Terms explain.
While you are inside
Between stops, your chauffeur stays close with the car, ready to come to you. The text you receive before pickup carries their name and number: call or message when you are ready, and the car comes to the door.
Meetings run over and dinners linger. That is what the hours are for: nothing to rebook and no ride to wait for, because your car is already outside. If the plan changes, tell your chauffeur where you'd like to go next.
4 ways to spend your hours
A day of meetings. Your chauffeur waits outside each one, and the car becomes a quiet place to take a call between stops. Companies can book hours for colleagues and guests through a corporate account.
A day of errands and appointments. Bags go into the trunk at each stop, and the car moves on when you do.
A day across the Peninsula and Silicon Valley. Start in San Francisco, see people in Palo Alto and Mountain View, finish in San Jose, and ride home at the end of it with no parking to find at any stop.
Dinner and a show. Keep your chauffeur from the restaurant to the theater and home again. Event transportation covers weddings, prom, concerts and games.
Hourly or 2 separate rides?
Going to one place and staying for hours? A ride there and a pickup later may suit you better. If your day has several stops, or you don't yet know when you will leave, hourly keeps the car and your chauffeur with you.
For a single dinner across town, 2 rides are often the simpler choice. For dinner, then drinks somewhere else, then a late drive home, keeping the car by the hour saves arranging every leg.
Where we drive by the hour
Your hours can start anywhere we drive: across San Francisco, and in Palo Alto, Mountain View, Santa Clara, San Jose, Marin County and the rest of the Bay Area.
They can carry you out of the city and back, too: an afternoon in Marin, or a day of meetings that finishes with a drop-off at SFO.

Hourly questions
What does as-directed mean?
It means you decide where to go as the day goes. For the hours you book, your chauffeur drives you from stop to stop.
When do my hours start and end?
At the booked pickup time, and at your final drop-off.
Can my hours run late at night?
Yes. We drive 24/7, so your hours can carry on long after dinner or start before sunrise. Book online at any hour, or call us between 7am and 9pm.
What is the minimum booking?
3 hours in a sedan or SUV, and 6 hours in the Sprinter. Wine tours have a 6-hour minimum in any vehicle.
Can I add a stop or stay out longer on the day?
Yes. Within your hours, you decide where the car goes next. Want to stay out longer? Tell your chauffeur, and the extra time is added to your booking.
Can I book hours for someone else?
Yes. Book as usual and give us their name and pickup details. If your company books often for colleagues and guests, a corporate account adds a dedicated contact and priority booking.
