How we look after you
Before anyone drives for us, they are background-checked, drug-tested and checked with the DMV, then trained on our service standards. You'll recognize your chauffeur by the black suit and tie, and by the quiet way the details are handled. Your bags are loaded and unloaded for you on every ride.
Ahead of each ride, your phone shows who is coming: a text with your chauffeur's name and number, and which car to look for. When the ride is over, a receipt follows by email.
Flying in? Give us your flight number and we track your flight. Airport transfers come with 45 free minutes of waiting from the moment the plane lands, so there is no need to rush through baggage claim. With meet-and-greet, you are met in baggage claim by name, and your chauffeur takes your bags from there to the car.
One quote covers the whole ride: the 15% gratuity, tolls, parking and airport fees are already included, so nothing is left to settle when you step out.

Which areas do you serve?
The San Francisco Bay Area: San Francisco, the Peninsula, Silicon Valley, the East Bay, Marin County, Napa and Sonoma, and Santa Cruz. We also drive to Lake Tahoe, Reno, Sacramento, Monterey and Carmel, and Los Angeles. We drive between airports as well, for example SFO to Oakland for a connection. Our base is in San Bruno, close to SFO.
Is gratuity included?
Yes. A 15% gratuity is part of every quote, along with tolls, parking and airport fees. If you'd like to thank your chauffeur further, an extra tip is always welcome.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup, or 48 hours for the Sprinter; the details are in our Terms.
How far ahead do I need to book?
Online, at least 2 hours before pickup. Need a car sooner? Call (415) 881-6199 and we will check whether one is free.
Do you drive 24/7?
Yes, every hour of every day. Our phone is answered from 7am to 9pm, and online booking never closes.
