Point-to-point rides
The simplest way to ride: we collect you at one address and drive you to another, whether that is a restaurant across town or an office in another part of the Bay Area. You pay the quoted price, not a meter.
Your quote is all-inclusive, with tolls, parking and a 15% gratuity already counted. You can book a ride for yourself or for someone else; the traveler receives the text with the chauffeur's details.

Book online at any hour, at least 2 hours ahead, or call (415) 881-6199 from 7am to 9pm.
Before pickup, a text names your chauffeur and the car; after the ride, the receipt comes by email.
Combining services
A day can mix services. An airport pickup can turn into an afternoon by the hour, with the luggage in the trunk while you go to your meetings. A wine day can end with the ride to your hotel or home, and a wedding can bring guests from the airport the day before.

Vehicles for every service
Every service runs in any of our 6 classes: the Mercedes E-Class, the Mercedes S-Class or the Maybach for 2, the Chevrolet Suburban or the Cadillac Escalade for 6, and the Mercedes Sprinter for 14. Compare them side by side on our fleet page.
Events and celebrations
Weddings, prom, concerts, games and nights out all come under event transportation, with no separate rules of their own. For a large party, several vehicles can be booked for the same occasion.
Trips beyond the Bay Area
For Lake Tahoe on the California or Nevada side, Reno, Sacramento, Monterey and Carmel, or Los Angeles, a long-distance trip has its own all-inclusive quote, set before you go.

What every service includes
Whatever you book, your chauffeur arrives in a black suit and tie, after background, drug and DMV checks and training on our service standards. The car is immaculate, with bottled water, phone chargers, Wi-Fi and tinted privacy windows.
Your bags are loaded and unloaded for you, the price is all-inclusive, and a receipt follows every ride by email. We drive 24/7.
Booking for others
Assistants booking for executives, hosts arranging rides for guests and families planning a celebration all use the same booking form. Add the traveler's name and mobile number, and the details of their chauffeur go straight to them, while the receipt comes back to you.
Service questions
Can I combine an airport pickup with hourly service?
Yes. Book by the hour from your landing time, and your chauffeur meets the flight and stays with you for the rest of the day.
Can I book several vehicles for a group?
Yes. A group can book several vehicles for the same occasion, each with its own chauffeur.
Do you offer limo service?
Yes, in the sense most people mean: a black car with a chauffeur. Our classes run from Mercedes sedans and the Maybach to SUVs and the Sprinter.
Can you drive between airports?
Yes. An airport-to-airport ride, such as Oakland to SFO, is booked like any other transfer.
Is a point-to-point ride priced in advance?
Yes. You see the all-inclusive price before you confirm, with tolls, parking and the gratuity already counted.
