How booking works
Book online at least 2 hours before pickup. For a ride sooner than that, call us; we take short-notice bookings whenever a car is available.
The 15% gratuity, tolls, parking and airport fees are all part of the quoted price.
In brief: your card is authorized when you book and charged in the last 24 hours before your trip, and cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup (48 hours for the Sprinter). The full rules are in our Terms and Conditions.
