Children and car seats
Do I need my own child seat?
Yes. Please bring your own child car seat; your chauffeur can help install it. We can't start the trip if a required seat is missing.
Can I tell you my child's age and car-seat needs when I book?
Yes. Along with your flight number and addresses, your booking can include a child passenger's age and car-seat needs.
Pets and the car's rules
Can my pet ride with me?
Yes, pets are welcome. A cleaning fee may apply if the vehicle needs cleaning afterwards.
Is smoking allowed in the car?
No. The car is non-smoking.
What if the car needs cleaning or gets damaged?
Either can lead to a charge. If the trip, or the way the car was used, leaves it needing cleaning, a cleaning fee may apply. If you damage the car during the trip, you're responsible for that damage, and you may be charged for it.
Picking the car for a family trip
With children and bags along, the size of the car matters as much as the seat. In either SUV class, Executive or Luxury, the luggage capacity is 6 bags, and you can see how they compare on Vehicle classes. Our standard asks your chauffeur to lend a hand with your family's bags at both ends of the ride.
