Both terminals have their own arrivals roadway and their own baggage claim. Your confirmation names the terminal, the level, and the door number, so nobody is describing a location over the phone while a car circles.

arrivals level.
Curbside is the included default. Your chauffeur waits in the cell phone lot, watches the aircraft into the gate, and pulls to the arrivals level when you send a message from the carousel.
