Pickup at SJC Terminal A and Terminal B
San José Mineta International has 2 terminals, Terminal A and Terminal B. Your flight number is all we need to follow your flight into either one.
Whichever terminal your airline uses, you choose how to meet your chauffeur. Curbside, your chauffeur waits nearby and drives up to the arrivals curb after your call or text. With meet-and-greet, your chauffeur is inside at baggage claim with your name, and helps with your bags from the carousel. Meet-and-greet has a fee that varies, and your quote shows it before you confirm.
Arriving at SJC from another country
International flights at SJC clear customs at the airport's international arrivals facility. With meet-and-greet, your chauffeur waits with your name sign where passengers leave customs.
Visiting from abroad, with a colleague or a host booking the ride for you? Ask them to give us your mobile number. The text with your chauffeur's name, number and car then comes straight to you.
The 45 free minutes start at landing, just as they do after a domestic flight. Beyond that, waiting is charged as our Terms explain.
Early and late flights at SJC
Rides run 24/7, so a 5am departure or a midnight arrival is booked like any other. Online booking has no closing time, and our phone is answered from 7am to 9pm.
For a departure, you choose the pickup time and your chauffeur is waiting before it. You are dropped at Terminal A or Terminal B, with your bags unloaded for you.
Flying private into SJC

What if my flight into SJC is delayed?
Your chauffeur adjusts. With your flight number, we follow the delay, and the 45 free minutes begin at your actual landing, not the time printed on your ticket.
Can I book a ride to SJC for an early flight?
Yes. Online booking is open 24/7 for pickups at least 2 hours away. With less time to spare, call us, and a car can still come for you as long as one is available.
Can you take me from SJC to San Francisco, SFO or OAK?
Yes. From SJC we drive across the Bay Area, including San Francisco, and to SFO or Oakland for a connecting flight.
