How you meet is your choice at booking. At the curb, your chauffeur pulls up once you call or text; with meet-and-greet, you are met in baggage claim with a name sign and helped with the bags, for a fee shown in your quote.
Ahead of pickup, a text names your chauffeur and gives you their number and the car to look for. Every bag is loaded at the terminal and unloaded again in Mountain View.
Going straight to an evening at Shoreline Amphitheatre or a visit to the Computer History Museum? Either can be the drop-off instead of your hotel.
Mountain View to SJC
