We collect personal information you voluntarily provide to us when making a reservation, contacting us, or creating an account, and certain information automatically collected when you visit our website.

Pickup and drop-off addresses and travel itinerary details
Flight information provided for airport transfers
Payment information (processed securely through our booking platform, we do not store raw card data)
Company name and billing address for corporate accounts
Special instructions or preferences submitted at booking
Communications you send us by email, phone, or contact form

Information collected automatically:

IP address and approximate geographic location
Browser type, device type, and operating system
Pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs

To process and fulfill your booking, confirming reservations, assigning chauffeurs, and coordinating your trip
To communicate with you, sending booking confirmations, trip reminders, and responding to enquiries
To process payments, through our secure third-party booking and payment platform
To manage your account, maintaining your booking history and account preferences if you have registered
To improve our service, analysing website usage to understand how clients find and use our site
To comply with legal obligations, retaining records as required by applicable law
To send service communications, updates about changes to our services or policies

We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

Booking and payment platform, We use MyLimoBiz (book.mylimobiz.com) to process reservations and payments. Your booking details are shared with this platform solely to fulfill your reservation.
Chauffeurs, Your pickup location, drop-off address, name, and contact details are shared with your assigned chauffeur to fulfill your trip. No additional personal information is shared.
Analytics providers, We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use our website. These services collect anonymised usage data through cookies. See Section 4 for details.
Legal compliance, We may disclose your information when required by law, court order, or government authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Business transfers, In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified in advance.

All third parties who process your data on our behalf are contractually required to protect it and use it only for the purposes we specify.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate correctly and to understand how visitors use the site. The following types of cookies may be set when you visit blackwingzlimo.com:

Essential cookies, Required for the website and booking system to function. These cannot be disabled without affecting core functionality.
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics), Collect anonymised data about pages visited, session duration, and traffic sources. Used to improve the website experience. No personally identifiable information is collected by Google Analytics.
Tag management (Google Tag Manager), Used to manage and deploy analytics and tracking scripts without storing personal data itself.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our booking system. California residents may also opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising purposes, see Section 7 for your rights.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including:

Booking records, Retained for a minimum of 3 years for accounting, legal compliance, and dispute resolution purposes
Account information, Retained for the duration of your active account, plus 2 years after closure or last activity
Communications, Retained for up to 2 years for customer service and dispute purposes
Website analytics, Anonymised data retained per Google Analytics default settings (14 months)

When your personal information is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it securely. You may request deletion of your data at any time, see Section 7 for your rights.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

SSL/TLS encryption on all pages of our website
Secure third-party payment processing, we do not store raw credit card numbers
Access controls limiting internal access to personal data to those who need it

While we take every reasonable precaution, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to protecting your information with the highest practical standard of care.

You have the right to request that we delete personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions (such as legal compliance or completion of a transaction).

Right to Correct

You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you. We will take reasonable steps to correct the information.

Right to Opt Out

You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell personal information, see Section 8. You may also opt out of cross-context behavioural advertising.

Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Data

You have the right to limit our use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide the service. We only collect sensitive data (such as payment and precise location) to fulfill your booking.

Right to Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your California privacy rights. Exercising your rights will not affect the price or quality of service you receive from BlackWingz.

To exercise any of these rights, submit a request to info@blackwingzlimo.com or call (415) 881-6199. We will verify your identity before processing your request and respond within 45 days. If additional time is needed, we will notify you within the initial 45-day period. You may designate an authorised agent to submit requests on your behalf.

We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

BlackWingz does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own commercial purposes.

We do not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not participate in data broker networks. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising without your consent.

The third-party services we use (such as Google Analytics) may collect anonymised data through cookies. You may opt out of Google Analytics data collection by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If you believe a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@blackwingzlimo.com and we will delete it promptly.
