What's included
Every event booking comes with the same care, whichever way you ride.
- Keep your chauffeur through the evening, by the hour: a 3-hour minimum (6 hours in the Sprinter).
- Or 2 separate rides: one there, and one back at the time you set.
- Several vehicles for one event, when the party is too big for one car.
- Tolls, parking and a 15% gratuity, already in your quote.
How it works
Tell us the date, the places and how many of you are going.
Choose to keep your chauffeur through the event, or book a drop-off and a later pickup.
Before pickup, a text gives you your chauffeur's name, number and car.
Your chauffeur arrives early, in a black suit and tie, and drives everyone home when the night ends.
Weddings
A wedding day has its own order: getting ready, the ceremony, photos, the reception and the exit at the end of the night. Book your chauffeur by the hour and the same car follows that whole order, waiting between each part.
The couple can ride in the Maybach or an S-Class while the wedding party travels together in the Sprinter, each vehicle with its own chauffeur. Prefer separate rides? Book a drop-off at the ceremony and a pickup at the end of the reception instead.
When you book, send us the timeline: each address, and the time you need to be there. Your chauffeur works to it, so the couple and whoever is running the day have one less thing to check.
Prom, graduation and nights out
For prom or a graduation night, you set the pickup and drop-off points and times, and the group rides there and home together in a sedan, an SUV or the Sprinter. Parents can make the booking themselves and choose every time and place.
Each chauffeur has passed a background check, drug testing and a driving-record check, and wears a black suit and tie. Once the night is over, the receipt goes by email to whoever made the booking.
For a birthday, an anniversary or a night in the city, keep your chauffeur for the evening and leave the driving and the parking to us.
Concerts and games
For a concert or a game, your chauffeur drops you at the venue. Book by the hour and your chauffeur waits until you are ready to leave; book a later pickup and the car comes back for you. Either way, your chauffeur's number arrives by text before pickup, so you can reach them directly when you leave the venue.

Company evenings
For a company dinner, a product launch or an evening during a conference week at Moscone Center, we drive your guests there and home again, in one car or several. Guests flying in for the occasion can be met at the airport first. One person can book every guest's ride, and a receipt for each arrives by email after the trip.

Event questions
Can the car wait for us during the event?
Yes. Book by the hour, from a 3-hour minimum (6 in the Sprinter), and your chauffeur stays for the whole evening.
Can we book more than one car?
Yes. A group can book several vehicles for one event, for example the couple's car and the Sprinter for the wedding party.
Are there special rules for weddings or prom?
No. The same booking, payment and cancellation terms apply to every trip. They are all in our Terms and Conditions.
Can guests flying in be met at the airport?
Yes. Your chauffeur meets them curbside or inside at baggage claim and drives them to their hotel or straight to the event.
How many of us can ride together?
Up to 14 in the Sprinter and up to 6 in an SUV. For a bigger party, add a second vehicle.
Can you take us to an event outside the Bay Area?
Yes. We drive as far as Lake Tahoe, Reno, Sacramento, Monterey and Carmel, and Los Angeles, with one all-inclusive quote for the trip.
