What the day looks like
Your chauffeur is at the door before the time you booked, ready to load the bags. Your phone gets a message first, with your chauffeur's name, number and car.
Going on to both towns? Your chauffeur can drop part of your party in Monterey and the rest in Carmel; ask for the extra stop when you book.

Making a day of it
Heading down for the day? Book the drive there and the drive home together; the return is quoted with the outbound trip, at the time you choose.
Prefer to keep the car with you in between, for lunch in Carmel and an afternoon in Monterey? Book by the hour instead, from a 3-hour minimum, and the same chauffeur stays with you until you are home.
A stop on the way, in Santa Cruz for example, can be added at booking, though it may change your quote.

Can you pick us up at SFO for Monterey?
Yes. Add your flight number and we track it; your chauffeur meets you at the curb or, for a fee shown in your quote, at baggage claim with a name sign. The first 45 minutes after you land are free of waiting charges.
Which vehicle suits 4 friends?
An SUV seats up to 6 with 5–6 bags, so 4 travel with room to spare. A sedan seats 2 in the back and a 3rd in front.
Can we leave early in the morning?
Yes. We drive at any hour, every day, so the departure time is entirely yours.
Can a larger group travel together?
Yes. The Sprinter takes up to 14 people with 10 or more bags, and a party bigger than that can book several vehicles.
