A long day, made comfortable
On a trip this long, a single chauffeur drives all of it: whoever loads your luggage at the start unloads it at your Los Angeles address. Before pickup, you receive a text with your chauffeur's name and phone number and the car, so you can reach them directly on the day. Leave when it suits you, early in the morning or late at night: we drive at any hour.
Bringing a team or a family? In the Sprinter, up to 14 people ride together in captain's chairs or lounge seating.
Guests 21 and over may bring their own alcohol in the Sprinter, and we provide the ice and glasses; alcohol is not allowed in the sedans or SUVs. Our Terms have the details.
Before you set off
Want to break the journey for a meal, or pick up a friend on the way? Ask for stops when you book; each one may change the quote.
Flying in first? Give us the flight number, and your chauffeur meets you at SFO, Oakland or San Jose, at the curb, or at baggage claim with a name sign for a fee that appears in your quote, before heading south. The 45 minutes of free waiting begin at landing.
Luggage-heavy trips suit the Sprinter, with room for 10 or more bags; an SUV carries 5–6 and a sedan 2–3. Too many for one Sprinter? A group can book several vehicles for the same trip.
Plans change? A sedan or SUV booking can be cancelled free up to 24 hours before pickup, a Sprinter booking up to 48 hours (see our Terms).

Yes. Los Angeles is one of our long-distance destinations, from any Bay Area address or from SFO, Oakland or San Jose.
Can a group of 10 travel in one vehicle?
Yes. The Sprinter seats up to 14 and carries 10 or more bags.
Is the trip one-way or return?
Whichever you need. If you book the return as well, it is quoted together with the drive down.
