Flying into SFO
SFO has 4 terminals joined by the AirTrain, and flights from abroad clear customs in the International Terminal, which is where a meet-and-greet chauffeur waits with your name.

Flying into Oakland
Oakland's 2 terminals stand side by side, and international flights arrive at the International Arrivals Building, an extension of Terminal 1. The BART station across the street suits anyone in your party going on by train.

Flying into San Jose
San José Mineta International has Terminal A and Terminal B, with a shuttle running between them around the clock, and international flights arrive at its International Arrivals Building.

Pickup is the same at all 3
At SFO, Oakland and San Jose alike, you choose one of 2 meeting points when you book: the arrivals curb, where your chauffeur pulls up after your call or text, or baggage claim, where meet-and-greet means a name sign and help with your bags, for a fee shown in your quote.
Add your flight number and we track the flight into any of the 3. However late it lands, the 45 minutes of free waiting start at touchdown, and flights from abroad get the same 45 minutes. What happens to a pickup when a flight is diverted or cancelled is set out in our Terms.
So the choice of airport can rest on your flight and your destination; the welcome when you land does not change.
Flying out
For departures, it works the other way round: your chauffeur collects you at home, a hotel or an office and drives you to your terminal at any of the 3. You set the pickup time, and the timing stays your call.
Private flights and connections
Each of the 3 airports also has private-jet terminals. There, your chauffeur waits in the terminal lobby or, where the airport allows it, beside the aircraft; see private jet and FBO car service.
