What to expect
Add your flight number when you book, and we follow the flight into SFO. Before pickup, a text gives you your chauffeur's name and number and tells you which car to look for.
At the curb, a call or text once you have your bags brings the car to you. If you chose meet-and-greet, your chauffeur is in baggage claim with your name on a sign and walks the luggage out with you; that option carries a fee shown in your quote.
Then the drive north begins, out of the city and up into wine country. Traffic decides how long it takes, so we never put a time on it.

For the flight home, you choose the pickup time. Your chauffeur collects you at your Napa address, loads the bags and any sealed bottles, and drives you to your airline's terminal at SFO.
