Pickup at OAK Terminal 1 and Terminal 2
Oakland has 2 passenger terminals, Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, standing side by side. A walkway joins the 2, and your chauffeur comes to the arrivals curb of whichever one you are in.
Meeting your chauffeur works the same at both terminals. If you chose curbside, collect your bags first, then call or text, and the car pulls up at arrivals. With meet-and-greet, you find your chauffeur in baggage claim, holding a sign with your name.
International arrivals at OAK
Flights from abroad come in through the International Arrivals Building, an extension of Terminal 1, where you clear customs.
Booked meet-and-greet? Your chauffeur stands with your name sign where passengers come out of customs. Prefer the curb? Send a text once you are through with your bags, and the car comes to you.
International or domestic, the free wait is the same: 45 minutes from landing.
Late-night arrivals at OAK
We drive 24/7, so a flight that lands at 1am is met the same way as one that lands at lunchtime. Our office phone is answered from 7am to 9pm, and online booking stays open around the clock.
Your chauffeur's name and number reach you by text before pickup. On a late landing, you call or text your chauffeur directly, with no office to wait for.
A delay that pushes your landing past midnight changes nothing. With your flight number, we see the new arrival time, and your 45 free minutes still start when the plane touches down.
Flying out of OAK
For an early flight, choose the pickup time that suits you when you book, and your chauffeur is outside before it. You are dropped at Terminal 1 or Terminal 2, whichever your airline uses, with your bags lifted out for you. A receipt for the ride follows by email.
