Departing: from your door to the terminal
You choose the pickup time when you book, and your chauffeur arrives early for it. Bags are loaded at your door, and you step out at departures in front of your airline's terminal.
Coming back through the same airport? Book the ride home with the return flight number, and we track that flight too. After each ride, your receipt comes by email.
Landing at one airport and flying out of another? We drive between Bay Area airports as well, for example from SFO to OAK for a connection.
Curbside or meet-and-greet
Curbside
Your chauffeur waits close to the terminal and drives to the arrivals curb when you call or text. It suits light travelers who know the airport and want to be on the road quickly.
Meet-and-greet
Your chauffeur waits inside at baggage claim with a sign bearing your name, and helps with your bags from the carousel to the car. After an international flight, the meeting point is where you come out of customs. It suits first visits, guests you book for and heavy luggage; the fee varies and appears in your quote.
Whichever you pick, it is the same at every airport and terminal we serve.
Waiting and flight changes
With your flight number, a late flight costs you nothing extra: the 45 free minutes start when the plane lands. Flight tracking needs that number, so add it to your booking; without it, your chauffeur works from the time you booked.
A cancelled flight cancels its pickup, and our normal cancellation rules apply, as set out in our Terms. If your flight is diverted, we try to meet you at the airport where it lands.
Private flights
On a private flight, your chauffeur meets you in the private terminal's lobby, or at the aircraft where the airport allows it, with the same 45 free minutes from landing. How long will my chauffeur wait?
On an airport arrival, 45 minutes free from the moment the plane lands; on other pickups, 15 minutes.
Where do I meet my chauffeur?
At the arrivals curb after you call or text, or inside at baggage claim with a name sign if you choose meet-and-greet.
Do I pay anything extra at the airport?
Only for what you add. Airport fees, parking, tolls and a 15% gratuity are already in your quote. Meet-and-greet has a fee, shown in your quote before you book, and waiting past the free 45 minutes adds to the price, as our Terms explain.
Who carries my bags?

Yes. Give us the traveler's name, mobile number and flight number, and the text with the chauffeur's details goes to them.
